What have I been working on?
Man! What a past couple of weeks. So I have The Fabled Elephants finished and ready to go. The Lords Deal finished and ready to go. What's left? Well, I outline the 2nd installment of The Fabled Elephants, and it's getting pretty in depth. Had a hiccup with my cover artist and so the current cover is a temp until the real one gets finished. I want you guys to have it! Not just that but with the re-release of The Lords Deal is a link in the back where you can get The Fabled Elephants for free. If not, it will only be $1 on Amazon (until I can get it free to you). Im just waiting on approval from Amazon for the books. Right now The Lords Deal is taking a long time, so I had to email and ask what was up. But! Im looking at getting the 2nd installment done in the next 6-8 weeks and out to you!
What are my upcoming goals?
Work, work, work. It’s been hectic and I am trying to find time to getaway to visit my family this fall/winter. My wife and I are trying to plan a trip to Hawaii, as well, so fingers are crossed. I want to work on a project which I would love to make a regular thing. I would love to get to do a potluck of sorts once a month for friends and family, but work it into an event for those less fortunate and struggling. Thanksgiving has always been my favorite holiday and I would love to bring that same excitement I received to those who do not have that chance. So I’m looking into those details!
Have you met my chihuahuas?
Pippen and Simba have been great and super cute. We enrolled Simba in some classes as my wife and I were having a hard time training him compared with Pippen. After two classes he’s gotten drastically better, and it’s amazing. He’s such a good boy. We got them these warm lumberjack coats (which they love) and another soft bed for them to (hopefully) not tear apart. We’re getting closer to the year mark with Pippen and man he’s grown. It’s great to have these two and now my wife wants a third!! Took me three years to convince her to get one dog… Now I got to slow her down a bit.
My Mission
This part of the blog will change very little if at all every couple weeks. My mission may evolve but the end is just the same. I want to create stories to entice emotions whether sadness, happiness and everything in-between. Atop of creating moving stories I want to connect with you the reader and more to build a supportive community that feeds its members with positive energy. My long-term goal besides writing for a living is to give back in a way I understand and that is with food. We all come together in groups around food and I want to nourish that culture and help those who can’t do this. I want to help feed the families suffering from hunger and villages around the globe. By bringing food and communities together. I hope I can do this and can bring more with me on this mission. Thank you and have a wonderful day.
